1991-1995年 浙江大学物理系毕业 1995-2000年 在中科院物理所获得博士学位 2000-2004年 日本东北大学金属材料研究所,任博士后及助理教授 2004年10月- 至今,受中科院“****”支持回物理所工作,现任物理所表面室研究员、表面9组课题组长
