研究领域

利用本课题组在信号转导领域的优势,结合不同的模式动物,进行神经和肿瘤生物学研究,争取在阐明不同的重要疾病发生的分子机制方面有所突破。目前,我们的研究重点是JNK,NF?B和AKT信号通路, 这些信号通路与肿瘤、神经发育及神经退行性疾病均密切相关。 有关研究将为疾病的预防和治疗提供理论依据,同时为个体正常发育的分子机理提供新见解。
