个人简介

白洋,博士,研究员,博士生导师 2005年毕业于武汉大学,2007年获得武汉大学植物发育生物学硕士学位,2010年在德国科隆大学获得植物发育生物学博士学位,2011—2015年博士后期间在德国马克斯普朗克植物育种研究所进行植物根系微生物组学的研究。2016年5月至今,任中科院遗传与发育生物学所研究员。目前主要研究根系微生物组在植物抗病抗逆、营养高效等过程中的功能。

研究领域

研究方向:植物微生物组

研究内容: 自然界中,健康植物的根系和叶面都富集的大量且组成特异的微生物群体。这些微生物与植物之间达到一种稳定的平衡,并参与植物的多项生理过程。实验室结合高通量微生物培养,宏基因组数据分析和微生物菌群重组等技术,系统地研究根系微生物群体在植物抗病,营养吸收,生长发育等过程中的功能和分子机理。 植物微生物组资源库 在植物微生物组领域,目前主流的扩增子、宏基因组分析方法,虽然可以获得研究对象的菌群和相关功能描述,但离因果关系还差的很远,最主要原因是缺少植物微生物组的菌种资源。本研究组对植物根、叶相关细菌、真菌进行大规模分离、培养,为微生物组功能性研究铺盖了道路,同时获得的大量细菌、真菌基因组作为参考序列可明显改善宏基因组分析结果的准确性。 作物根系微生物组在抗病、营养高效中作用 己有研究表明微生物组在植物抗病、营养吸收等方面有作用。本研究组以水稻、小麦等主要农作物为研究材料,联合大规模培养组学和宏基因组学技术,深入挖掘作物根系微生物组在抗病、营养高效中作用,并致力于推进可持续农业的发展。 宏基因组学研究方法 宏基因组学研究,主要包括扩增子、宏基因组、宏转录组、宏蛋白组、宏代谢组、培养组学等研究方法。本课题组主要关注两个方面,一是对现有研究方法的优化,以获得更合理的实验结果以及生物学现象的解释;二是人工重组微生物组评估体系建立,以便系统评估现有方法在各应用中的优点、不足、适用范围,以及可改进的方面。
