1.番茄果实成熟及其响应病原菌侵染的分子细胞学机制:以番茄为研究材料,解析调控果实成熟及抗性应答的分子机制,运用植物病理学、分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学等方法研究质膜类受体激酶/蛋白介导细胞防御反应的分子机制。 2.病原菌细胞极性建立、维持机制与其致病机理的关系:以灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)为研究对象,分析其细胞极性建立和维持机制,探讨病原菌致病机理,并在此基础上筛选植物源活性物质,解析其对病原真菌抑制作用的靶点。
