个人简介
1963年1月出生于甘肃酒泉市。1984年和1989年在兰州大学获学士和硕士学位。2003年在瑞典StockholmUniversity获博士学位。1992-1994年,在英国HorticulturalResearchInternational(HRI)进行访问研究。2003-2004年在瑞典StockholmUniversity做ResearchFellow。任中科院植物研究所光合作用功能蛋白质组学创新研究组组长。《植物学报》责任编委。近年来,在PNAS、PlantPhysiology、Molecular&CellularProteomics、JournalofProteomeResearch、Proteomics、JournalofIntegrativePlantBiology、InternationalJournalofHydrogenEnergy、FEBSJournal、Microbiology等国际学术刊物发表论文数十余篇。培养具有硕士和博士学位的研究生十余名、博士后1名。1、黄芳,赵磊,程冬梅;具有光保护功能的蛋白及其编码基因与应;201210479164.8;

研究领域
1.蓝藻光合系统的生物发生机制与调控
主要以光合模式蓝藻(如Synechocystissp.PCC6803)为材料,利用生物化学、分子遗传学和光谱学等手段,探讨光合膜系统及膜蛋白系统演化与功能调控的分子机理。
2.绿藻光合作用与光合产氢的生物发生机制与调控
主要以光合作用与光合产氢的模式绿藻(如Chlamydomonasreinhardtii)为材料,采用蛋白质组学和分子遗传学手段,探讨光合作用与光合产氢的代谢网络调控规律并发现重要基因靶标,培育高光效产氢微藻株系。
3.光合微藻逆境适应分子机制
主要从细胞和亚细胞水平,研究光合微藻对逆境(如高光强、高盐碱等)的分子适应机制,发展微藻资源高效利用的途径和方法。
