个人简介

课题组:激素信号与器官发生研究组 1963年9月出生于河南省伊川县,1984年和1987年分别在河南师范大学和山西农业大学获学士和硕士学位,2000年在中国科学院遗传研究所获博士学位。1988年至2001年在河南大学任教,2001-2005年新加坡国立大学任ResearchFellow。现任中科院植物所研究员,国家植物基因研究中心(北京)项目科学家。迄今发表论文30余篇(部),已培养硕士和博士7名。 主持和参加的科研项目: [1]“微环境调控植物生长点干细胞中心维持与重建的分子网络”,国家重点基础研究发展计划(2013CB967300)(2013-2017),前两年资助金额210万元;项目首席科学家。 [2]“生长素调控植物细胞脱分化的分子机制研究”,国家自然基金重点项目(31230009)(2013-2017),资助金额300万元;主持人。 [3]“细胞分化与器官发生”,国家自然科学基金创新群体项目(31121065)(2012-2014)。资助金额70万元,群体成员。 [4]“重要植物器官大小控制的分子基础”,国家重大科学研究计划项目“植物重要器官形成的遗传和表观遗传调控机理研究”(2009CB941500)(2009-2013),资助金额280万元;子课题负责人。

研究领域

主要研究工作: [1]植物器官发生和发育的分子调控 以模式植物拟南芥和作物为材料,研究器官发生和器官发育中细胞分裂、分化和大小的分子控制,解析植物激素信号和环境信号对器官发育和器官大小决定的分子基础,鉴定控制器官发育和大小控制的重要功能基因,为作物分子设计提供依据。 [2]植物激素在植物细胞脱分化和分化过程中的作用的分子基础 主要以拟南芥为主要材料,研究植物激素调控植物细胞脱分化和分化过程的分子基础和以及植物细胞全能性获得和干细胞组织中心重建的分子机制。
