个人简介

刘峰,男,博士,中国科学院动物研究所研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院“百人计划”引进人才(2010年)、“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者(2014年)、中华人民共和国科学技术部“中青年科技创新领军人才”(2015年)、中华人民共和国国务院“政府特殊津贴”获得者(2016年),中共中央组织部第三批国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才(2018年),“谈家桢生命科学创新奖”获得者(2018年)。 2009年入选中国科学院动物研究所“百人计划”,并在膜生物学国家重点实验室建立血液和心血管发育实验室。1999年在中国科学院遗传所获分子遗传学博士学位。2000-2002在新加坡分子农业生物学研究院(现IMCB)做博士后,开始利用斑马鱼模型从事造血系统的发育生物学研究;2003-2005在美国Vanderbilt大学医学院从事斑马鱼血管生物学研究;2006-2008在英国牛津大学分子医学研究所(WIMM)利用斑马鱼和非洲爪蟾从事造血干细胞的基础研究。刘峰博士首次建立了斑马鱼cDNA芯片并成功应用于筛选早期发育特异性的基因;其中LysozymeC已成为斑马鱼髓系细胞最常用的分子标记之一;在牛津大学的工作集中在斑马鱼造血干细胞的起源、心血管发育和分子调控网络的研究,系统阐明了斑马鱼基因组中整个ETS转录因子家族、各个成员的时空表达图谱,并进一步发现Fli1是调控血液和内皮细胞发育分化的主控基因,并和Erg协同调节血管生成(Angiogenesis),Etsrp既调控内皮细胞分化又控制髓细胞的发育。以通讯作者在国际知名期刊发表多篇有影响力的学术论文,包括:Nature、DevCell、EMBOJ、PNAS、JExpMed、Blood、NatCommun、CellRes和Development等。与此同时,刘峰博士还担任国际斑马鱼学会执行委员、中国动物学会斑马鱼分会主任委员、发育生物学专业委员会副主任委员兼任秘书长以及中国国家斑马鱼资源中心理事会理事等社会职务。 承担科研项目情况: 国家杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部国家重点基础研究发展计划和国家重点研发计划、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项以及中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目等。
