个人简介
吴 建，郑州大学公共卫生学院副院长，美国杜兰大学访问学者。长期从事卫生经济政策、卫生服务体系及运行机制研究。承担国家重点研发计划、国家卫生健康委员会、国家自然科学基金、世界银行等政府部门和国际组织研究40余项，出版著作14部，发表学术论文90余篇，获得省部级奖励10余项。
Wu Jian, Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Associate Dean for discipline development and postgraduate training & management, College of Public Health Zhengzhou University，visiting scholar of Tulane University. He has been engaged in health policy evaluation, especially focused on health-care delivering system and operational mechanisms. He has served as principal investigators (PI) and co-PI for more than 40 research grants and contracts from National Key R&D Program, National Health Commission (NHC)， National Science Fundation of China, World Bank and other governmental and international organizations. He has published 14 books, more than 90 academic papers, received more than 10 provincial and ministerial awards.
He is a Member of Expert Advisory Committee of "Health China Action Promotion Committee" , NHC consultants on international health project management. In 2013, he served as chief medical and medicine expert of Henan Province in GPA Negotiation accession to WTO. In 2017, he presided over the "Healthy Henan 2030" Planning Outline which issued by Henan Provincial Government as a No.2 Document. In 2018, he served as PI for the National Key R&D Program "Digital Diagnostic Equipment R&D" Special Project. In 2019, served as PI funded by NHC for the drafting of "Beautiful Hospital" Construction Action Plan, Interim Performance Evaluation on World Bank China Health Reform Program-for-Results et al. He is also a reviewer of International Journal for Equity in Health, BMJ Global Health, Journal of Central South University (Medical Edition).
学术兼职
“健康中国行动推进委员会”专家咨询委员会委员，国家卫生健康委员会国际卫生项目中央咨询专家，河南省政府加入世贸组织GPA谈判医药卫生首席专家。2017年主持撰写《健康中原2030规划纲要》以河南省委2号文件印发，2018年主持国家重点研发计划“数字诊疗装备研发”重点专项，2019年主持国家卫生健康委员会“美丽医院”建设行动方案编制、世界银行中国医疗卫生改革促进项目绩效评估。《International Journal for Equity in Health》、《BMJ Global Health》、《中南大学学报（医学版）》审稿人。
