个人简介

杨细平,2019-至今,广西大学农学院,副教授; 2016-2019年,美国佛罗里达大学农学系,博士后/生物科学家; 2012-2016年,美国佛罗里达大学农学系,获博士学位; 2011-2012年,美国堪萨斯州立大学农学系,研究助理; 2008-2011年,中国科学院,获硕士学位; 2004-2008年,西北农林科技大学,获学士学位。主讲课程生物信息学,作物生物技术,作物分子生物学实验技术,生物技术导论主持(或参与)的主要科研项目[1]国家自然科学基金,“基于集群分离样本总RNA测序快速定位甘蔗梢腐病抗病基因”,2020-2022年,负责人; [2]广西高校引进海外高层次人才“百人计划”,2020-2024年,负责人; [3]广西大学高层次人才启动经费,2019-2021年,负责人; [4]广西甘蔗生物学重点实验室自主课题,“全球甘蔗高贵种种质资源精准评价、家驯化研究及育种利用”,2020-2022年,负责人。 [5]美国能源部,“发掘甘蔗种质资源库中控制生物量性状的关键基因(DE-SC0006995)”,2011-2016年,主要参与人; [6]美国佛罗里达州甘蔗协会,“开发甘蔗橙锈病抗性标记”,2013-2018年,主要参与人。

研究领域

甘蔗分子遗传学,主要研究包括:1)甘蔗梢腐病抗病基因定位及分子机制;2)定位甘蔗中控制重要农艺性状的基因;3)开发甘蔗分子标记;4)甘蔗家驯化研究。
