研究领域

本课题组主要探讨血液细胞,包括白细胞、红细胞、血小板在炎症相关疾病,如动脉粥样硬化、血栓形成、糖尿病、肥胖等疾病的功能作用。在生理及以上病理条件下使用在体成像技术观察血液细胞及其碎片与血管内皮细胞的相互作用的差别,分析在使用封闭抗体或基因敲除后抑制其相互作用可否发挥治疗性作用。另外,我们课题组亦致力于探讨腺苷代谢途径及腺苷受体信号通路在炎症、败血症、动脉硬化、血栓、糖尿病、肥胖及其他相关疾病中的作用。这些研究将为探索治疗以上相关疾病提供可能的潜在途径。
