教育经历 1979.09-1983.07 上海医科大学药学院药化专业,学士 1986.09-1989.07 上海医科大学药学院放射化学专业,硕士 2000.09-2005.03 复旦大学药学院生物化学和分子生物学专业,博士 工作经历 1983.08-1986.07 江苏省原子医学所工作 1989.08-2007.02 复旦大学药学院生物化学教研室任讲师、副教授 2007.03-2010.05 美国艾默里(Emory University)大学药理系进修 2010.06-至今 复旦大学药学院工作,现任药学院药理生化教研室副教授

研究领域

主要从事鞘磷脂与脂蛋白代谢、动脉粥样硬化及其炎症等研究。曾研发抗血栓药物-低分子肝素,并转让给企业, 获四类新药证书。参与“载脂蛋白A-I的抗内毒素、抗炎症新功能研究及人载脂蛋白A-I的基因工程制备”获2004年上海市药学会颁发的上海药学成果奖二等奖。 2007年到2010年在美国Emory大学药理系进修,用高通量筛选技术筛选ASK1炎症信号通路抑制剂,并研究这些化合物抗ASK1炎症通路的作用机理。用高内涵筛选技术研究curcumin及其衍生物抗肿瘤作用。 参与人民卫生出版社出版的全国高等学校教材“药学分子生物学”第二,第三,第四版,第五版编写。
