个人简介

学习经历 2006中国医学科学院&中国协和医科大学博士(Ph.D.2006) 1999山西医科大学硕士(M.S.1999) 1995山西医科大学学士(B.S.1995) 工作经历 1999-2003年在华北煤炭医学院基础部任助教/讲师。 2006年在华北煤炭医学院任讲师/副教授。 2007-2010年在美国阿肯色大学医学院从事博士后研究,2011年1月回国。 2012年至今,华北理工大学生命科学学院教授。 教学及指导研究生情况 给研究生讲授“分子生物学”,给留学生讲授“生物化学”和“分子生物学”,给本科生讲授“生物化学”和“分子生物学”;目前指导5名硕士研究生;本课题组每年都有一定名额对外公开招收医学生物信息学及分子流行病学方向硕士研究生,欢迎广大优秀学子积极与我联系(zhangxuemei@ncst.edu.cn)

研究领域

1)恶性肿瘤病因探索:肿瘤的发生和发展大多是环境因素和个体遗传因素复杂交互作用的结果。不同个体遗传体质微小的差异往往会引起个体对相同环境暴露的巨大反应差异。这可以用来解释为什么在相同的致癌因素作用下,并非所有人都患癌症,即使是对于罹患癌症的不同患者,其发病部位,病情的严重程度也有巨大差异。不同个体遗传体质的微小差异就是存在于基因组中的多态性或突变,而后者的产生总是和环境的作用密不可分的。研究在环境因素作用下,遗传因素对人体健康的影响可筛选特定环境暴露下的肿瘤易感人群。 2)药物基因组学研究:在某些复杂疾病的的临床治疗上,我们经常看到这种现象,对于同一种治疗药物,有些患者有效,有些患者则无效甚至发生严重的不良反应。这些现象和不同个体的遗传背景差异存在密切相关关系。对于遗传变异与药物敏感型的关联性研究,有助于帮助医生事先掌握患者对于某些药物的反应特点,针对不同个体的遗传背景,制定不同的治疗方案。个体化治疗最终将实现最大限度发挥药物的治疗疗效,同时最大可能地较少药物的毒副作用。
