教育和工作经历 1991年毕业于复旦大学物理系，同年进入复旦大学材料科学系工作。2005年获物理电子学博士学位主讲课程本科生专业课“薄膜技术”、“薄膜材料与器件”、“材料制备与加工”（合讲）。研究生学位课“薄膜物理与技术”

研究领域

真空与薄膜技术、功能薄膜材料： 1）径流分子泵性能研究及在大型真空设备上的应用 2）钢板上真空镀锌和锌镁合金镀层技术 3）二氧化钛光催化薄膜 4）透明导电薄膜
