个人简介

1963年生于湖北孝感,复旦大学材料科学系教授、博士生导师、教育部长江学者特聘教授,聚合物分子工程国家重点实验室教授。2001年创建国家教育部先进涂料工程研究中心并担任中心主任,2006年6月-2015年1月任复旦大学材料系(校直属)系主任,2018年6月-2022年1月任复旦大学科学技术研究院常务副院长、院长,2021年12月起任内蒙古大学常务副校长、校长。1991年获浙江大学高分子化工专业博士,1991年3月-1994年广州中山大学高分子研究所讲师、副教授,1994年10月-1998年5月Pennsylvania State University材料科学与工程系博士后,1999年2月-1999年7月美国NSF Coating Research Center访问教授,1999年7月——现在为复旦大学材料系教授。兼任中国材料研究学会理事、中国化工学会理事、中国微米纳米技术学会理事;本领域国际权威期刊Prog. Org. Coat. (IF6.206)的associate editor, Coatings (IF3.236),National Science Open 、《高分子材料科学与工程》、《建筑材料学报》、《腐蚀科学与防护技术》、《中国涂料》等编委、《涂料工业》编委会副主任委员。兼任多个国家和省部级重点实验室学术委员会委员。国家重点研发计划“变革性技术关键科学问题”重点专项总体专家组成员、第八届教育部科技委委员(材料学部)。 近年来,负责承担和完成的项目包括国家重点研发计划纳米科技专项、基金委创新群体、国家“863”计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目,以及国内外企业委托项目等。共发表SCI论文近400余篇,包括被SCI他引超过20000多次,H-因子76;出版中英文专著各2部;共申请和获得国家发明专利60项,美国专利项、世界专利2项;先后获国家技术发明二等奖、省部级一等奖等;先后入选上海市曙光学者、教育部跨世纪优秀人才、国务院政府特殊津贴获得者、上海市优秀学科带头人、上海市领军人才、全国百篇优秀博士论文指导教师、复旦大学特聘教授、教育部创新团队带头人、基金委创新群体学术带头人、上海市十大科技精英、“国家有突出贡献中青年专家”等;指导的研究生中1人论文入选“全国百篇优秀博士论文”、1人论文入选“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”、1人获“全国青少年科技创新奖”、3人获上海市优秀博士论文奖。
