个人简介

个人简介 博士生导师,超短脉冲激光具有很强的非线性效应,如何有效控制非线性效应,不仅是超短激光脉冲研究的重要内容,也是光与物质相互作用下,发现物理新现象、揭示物理新机制的重要保证。针对以飞秒激光为代表的超短脉冲激光的非线性效应,本研究团队一直致力于飞秒光纤激光器中非线性效应的产生及控制研究,结合理论计算与实验,在新型非线性效应产生的方法、器件结构和物理机制等方面取得了多项重要成果。共发表SCI论文200余篇,第一/通讯作者SCI论文100余篇,ESI高被引论文30余篇,封面论文4篇,H因子34。受邀在IEEEJSTQE、PhotonicsRes.、Chin.Phys.B、Chin.Opt.Lett.、Opt.Commun.等杂志撰写多篇论文。论文已被SCI杂志他引2000余次。在OFC/CLEO/CLEO-PR/ECOC等顶级国际学术会议发表论文10余篇。作为课题负责人主持国家级科研项目3项,参与科技部973计划项目2项,授权/申请国家发明专利10余项。 所获荣誉 北京市“高创计划”青年拔尖人才; 北京邮电大学十大教育人物; 北京邮电大学“1551”人才计划托举人才; 英国皇家物理学会(IOP)中国高被引学者(2019); 英国皇家化学学会(RSC)高被引学者(2019)。 科研项目 主持:作为课题负责人主持国家级科研项目3项(已结题1项,国家自然科学基金青年基金项目;在研2项,国家自然科学基金面上项目),省部级项目1项。 参与:科技部973计划项目1项(已结题,宽谱低噪声光纤飞秒光梳);量子调控国家重大科学研究计划项目1项(已结题,相干控制超快光场的新原理与新技术研究)。
