学习经历 2004年9月-2008年6月,武汉工程大学,制药工程专业,工学学士。 2008年9月-2013年6月,南京工业大学,化学工程专业,工学博士。(导师:南京师范大学黄和教授) 教学及研究经历 2013年6月至今,江苏大学,食品与生物工程学院,食品科学与工程系,教师。 2013年12月-2017年5月,江苏大学,食品与生物工程学院博士后(合作导师:黄星奕教授)。 2014年5月-2015年6月,美国田纳西大学,农业科学与资源学院博士后 (合作导师:Prof. Philip Ye) 2015年12月-2017年3月,科技部高技术研究发展中心,“纳米科技”及“蛋白机器专项”重点研发计划联络员及国家重点实验室协管员。 学术社会兼职及荣誉 国家自然科学基金函评专家,Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural Food and Chemistry, Applied surface science等国际期刊审稿人,2018年江苏省“双创计划”科技副总高层次人才,民主建国会江苏大学支部副主委。江苏大学“青年骨干教师培养”工程青年学术带头人;中国生物化工学会青年工作委员会委员;

研究领域

1) 酶、适配体及仿生酶电化学传感器高效制备,通过多孔材料可控合成、表面修饰、仪器表征、构效关系和酶催化机理领域进行探索,获得高效、稳定的生物传感器,对食品营养成分、食品安全中风险因子进行高灵敏、快速电化学检测。2) 固定化酶蛋白、化学修饰酶蛋白以及仿生酶绿色高效催化合成高附加值食品营养化学品。3) 低廉生物质(脱臭馏分、松木油膏)中高附加值食品营养化学品(植物甾醇)的高效结晶分离提取。
