个人简介

刘国海，扬州市人，博士，教授，博士生导师，IETFellow，国家“有突出贡献中青年专家”，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，入选“国家百千万人才工程”，IEEE高级会员。 1985年获原江苏工学院工业电气自动化学士学位；1988年和2002年分别获东南大学电机与电器硕士学位、控制理论与控制工程博士学位；2003-2004年国家留学基金委选派赴英国谢菲尔德大学电气电子系作高级访问学者。历任电气信息工程学院党总支副书记、副院长、党委书记。现为电气信息工程学院院长、江苏省一级重点学科和优势学科“控制科学与工程”博士点学科带头人、江苏省电动车辆驱动与智能控制重点实验室主任、机械工业新能源车辆电机驱动与控制重点实验室主任、江苏省高等学校优秀科技创新团队“电动车辆高性能电机驱动系统”带头人、江苏大学高效能电机系统与智能控制研究院院长。主持完成国家自然科学基金、国家863、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然科学基金等20余项，获得教育部技术发明一等奖1项，中国机械工业科学技术进步一等奖1项，部省级奖15项。2009年获得国家技术发明二等奖和国家教学成果二等奖。出版专著3部、编写教材4部（其中1部为“国家十二五规划教材”）。获得授权发明专利50余项。发表论文300余篇，其中250余篇获SCI和Ei收录、IEEETrans.论文50余篇。曾获得“霍英东青年教师奖”、“中国机械工业青年科技专家”；江苏省“333工程”（第二层次）中青年科技领军人才；江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人；江苏省“六大人才高峰”资助对象；2012年度“江苏省有突出贡献的中青年专家”；2014年江苏省高校优秀共产党员。
