研究领域

纳米生物功能材料与器件,抗菌环控材料、发光与半导体器件。研究了基于光、电场、分子间作用力等物理和化学控释机制的智能纳米药物载体材料与器件,首次提出了通过外场控制动力分子实施药物控释的方法;基于结晶学和动力学原理设计组装了多维有序纳米结构,并应用于光电子器件关键材料和仿生结构材料的制备,构建了免疫检测传感系统;研究了宽带隙半导体能带调控、发光机制及荧光材料。
