研究领域

主要从事抗线虫真菌天然产物及线虫病原真菌的化学、功能及生物合成研究,重点开展以下两个方面的研究: 1.从真菌中新型抗线虫先导化合物发现与挖掘,及重要活性分子的生物合成。 2.从重要线虫生防真菌中解析杀死和调控寄主的,以及调控捕食线虫真菌形态,参与繁殖和捕食等生物过程的活性小分子化合物的结构及相关生物合成基因。
