2003-2016年,中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,研究员
2016年,云南大学生命科学院副院长、生命科学研究中心副主任、教授(二级)
研究领域
我们实验室对发育生物学中的重要问题感兴趣,目前主要研究方向:1)早期胚胎发育的调控(如:原始生殖细胞发生);2)小鼠细胞谱系建立和维持。实验用模式动物包括斑马鱼,非洲爪蛙,和小鼠。我们在研究中广泛运用遗传学,细胞生物学,生物化学的方法
