个人简介

研究领域

1.高介电薄膜材料与器件应用。湿化学、喷墨印刷制备和低温(室温)成膜;高介电薄膜的耐弯折特性和稳定性;低压驱动、高频响应柔性薄膜晶体管及阵列电路研制;低功耗、高可靠柔性非易失性存储器件。 2.铁电薄膜材料与器件应用。铁电氧化物异质结的导电与电荷输运机制、外场(光、电、磁场)调控效应;柔性氧化物薄膜及其在可穿戴电子器件中的应用。
