李洪涛，男，理学博士，教授。博士毕业于兰州大学数学与统计学院应用数学专业教学工作主讲：本科生《管理运筹学》，研究生《最优化理论》 2013年获得兰州交通大学 “教学优秀奖” 2018年获得兰州交通大学“优秀研究生任课教师”荣誉称号 2018年获得兰州交通大学课程教学质量评价：优秀等级
