1.生殖领域:着重探讨哺乳类精子和卵子发生、受精机制、早期胚胎发盲的表观遗传机制等基础问题
2.动物转基因与基因组编辑领域:探讨微序列介导的外源基因随机整合的分子机制;结合显微操作技
术,发展和完善小鼠和家畜转基因、体细胞核移植、辅助生殖技术、CRISPR/Cas9基因组编辑、胚胎工
程体系的技术创新和应用。
3.多不饱和脂肪酸的模式动物研究:多不饱和Omega脂肪酸,与心脑血管功能、神经发盲、脂肪代谢
、生理机能密切相关。人和动物细胞不能自身合成它们,为了探讨这些成分的分子作用机制,2002年
以来,本课题组先后建立了多个自身合成不饱和脂肪酸的转基因小鼠模型,探讨了Omega-6和
Omega-3脂肪酸的分子机制;目前,聚焦于共辄亚油酸tlOcl2-CLA模式小鼠的脂肪代谢研究
