研究领域
在江苏省人兽共患病重点实验室从事研究沙门菌的检测及其沙门菌致病机理研究。参加过国家自然科学基金重点项目《鸡白痢沙门菌致病岛-2效应蛋白致病与免疫的分子机制》,国家自然科学基金《TLR5识别在新城疫黏膜免疫应答中的作用研究》和《TLR5识别以减毒沙门菌为载体的黏膜免疫应答中的作用研究》,公益性行业(农业)科研专项《动物源性沙门菌防控技术与示范》,江苏省自然科学基金《基于TLR5识别途径研究新城疫黏膜疫苗免疫的细胞分子机理》。国家科技支撑计划《动物源性人畜共患细菌病防控生物新制剂的研究》。“863”子课题《畜禽重要细菌病基因工程疫苗的研究和创制》,“973”子课题《重要动物病原菌的分子生物学与致病机理的研究》,国家农业部公益性行业科研专项经费子课题《猪、鸡主要疫病综合免疫技术研究与示范》,教育部FANEDD《以细菌作载体的基因工程黏膜疫苗及其保护性免疫机理研究》专项资金的科学研究。目前,主要从事沙门氏菌减毒疫苗的研制,细菌致病基因的发掘及其功能基因组学,细菌代谢基因组学研究,细菌诱发炎症及致病分子机理等。在此期间,建立了细菌转座突变及细菌基因敲除2个技术平台,为细菌的功能基因的研究奠定良好的基础。利用PCR-STM方法,发掘了10多个沙门菌毒力相关基因,发表论文共50篇。获得转基因微生物安全证书1项,申请专利20项,授权6项。现为江苏省微生物协会理事,江苏省免疫学会会员,《中国家禽》、《中国兽医科学》、《BMCmicrobiology》和《MicrobialPathogenesis》等审稿人。
