【个人简介】曹明惠，女，汉族，1991年生，山东临沂人，中共党员。2019年6月毕业于西安交通大学。【学习经历】 2009.09-2013.06南昌大学材料物理本科 2013.09-2015.06南昌大学材料科学与工程硕士 2015.09-2019.06西安交通大学电子科学与技术博士【参与项目及学术交流】参与国家自然科学基金(61774124、51572216、61604122、51462023、51162023、21263013)、国家自然科学基金纳米制造重大研究计划(91323303)、陕西省工业科技攻关项目(2015GY005)的研究。其中在国家自然科学基金纳米制造重大研究计划(91323303)以及国家自然科学基金(51462023)中为主要参与人。积极参加学术交流大会，并多次在该领域会议上发表会议论文。其中2017年与2018年分别受邀在国际会议上做口头报告，担任ACSAppliedMaterials&Interfaces等SCI期刊的审稿人。
