个人简介

高翔,男,山东潍坊人,1988年生,2009年毕业于中国海洋大学,获“食品科学与工程”专业学士学位;2011年考入中国海洋大学“食品科学”专业研究生,并于2017年获博士学位;2014年曾通过国家公派前往加拿大纽芬兰纪念大学医药学院进行为期两年的博士生联合培养。2017年以“青年卓越人才”加入青岛大学生命科学学院。

研究领域

研究方向: 食品功能成分;营养与代谢;海洋生物资源高值化利用;肥胖等慢性病的防治。
