1. 环境友好高分子泡沫材料及绿色制备过程
传统高分子泡沫材料废弃后以及在制备过程中,对环境产生危害。发展能够完全生物降解的高分子泡沫材料及绿色制备过程,旨在解决材料本身和制备过程对环境造成的危害。研究工作已经实现了淀粉、聚乳酸、聚己内酯等发泡,引起了学术界和产业界的广泛关注。
2. 生物降解高分子薄膜材料
高分子材料使用后造成的白色污染另一个主要来源是高分子薄膜,如PE膜。将淀粉、聚乳酸、聚丙撑碳酸酯、聚己内酯等通过多组分相结构控制,满足加工性能和使用性能要求,实现生物降解高分子薄膜制备。其中,聚乳酸双向拉伸薄膜即将推向市场。
