研究领域

1、 电子俘获发光材料 研究电子俘获发光材料的机理和稀土离子的变价化学, 探索电子俘获发光过程中俘获、释放、发光三个过程的关系和材料中的陷阱和俘获电荷种类以及俘获电荷的脱俘逃逸动力学过程,研究共掺杂稀土离子的半径和光学电负性等性质与陷阱深度和密度的关系。利用缺陷中的电子-空穴对,研制新型的掺镝等稀土的长余辉材料和测量alpha 、beta和X等高能射线的固体剂量计材料,以及具有信息存储功能的锰与稀土离子共掺的硼酸锌红色光激励长余辉玻璃。 2、 LED、PDP发光材料 研究稀土离子配位环境对d-f 跃迁和f-f跃迁的影响,通过选择适当的荧光基质,改变稀土离子d-f跃迁的激发发射波长,使激发波长其与氮化镓芯片发光波长相吻合,制备多种可被近紫外、蓝光激发的发射红、绿、蓝光的高效LED荧光材料,研发高显色指数、低色温的LED荧光灯。研究稀土离子在多种材料中的真空紫外光谱,将稀土离子的Dieke能级扩张到真空紫外区,并在应用上指导发现在真空紫外有吸收的基质,制备一批用于PDP显示和无汞荧光灯的发光材料。 3、 稀土离子的光学电负性研究 研究稀土离子的光学电负性,提出三价和四价镧系离子的光学电负性的计算方法,得到比周期表已有数据更合理和完善的数据,并用于计算稀土的电荷迁移带。
