主要研究方向: 金银等贵金属纳米粒子的合成和修饰及其在生物技术和纳米技术中的应用; 纳米粒子表面酶过程研究; 发展和应用以生物芯片为基础的高通量生物分析检测方法。 主要研究内容:新型生物芯片技术的研制及其在蛋白质识别,糖组学和激酶功能研究与激酶抑制剂筛选中的应用;纳米粒子合成与功能化;发展基于金纳米粒子的比色分析方法并应用于细胞分析 (细胞外物质传输,细胞膜表面糖基识别,金属离子诱导β-amyloid peptide与细胞相互作用等)和环境相关物质(无机离子和有机小分子等)检测。
