研究方向: 极端条件下低维结构材料的物性研究,半导体材料的光电特性及其应用 研究内容 低维结构材料的量子限制效应与表面效应,以及结构、形貌、界面对电-声子耦合的影响;极端条件下低维结构材料的物性研究;低维结构材料的可控制备,高性能光电器件的设计。
