个人简介
樊帅伟,硕士生导师,2009年毕业于华中科技大学物理学院凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位。主要从事磁性半导体材料和半金属材料磁性及其磁性形成的机制,以及由半金属材料构成的表面和界面性质的研究工作,对新型磁性功能材料的设计和复杂体系相关性质的研究具有较丰富的经验。已在AppliedPhysicsLetters、JournalofAppliedPhysics、ChemicalPhysicsLetters、SolidStateCommunications,ComputationalMaterialsScience等学术期刊发表相关领域的研究论文十余篇,发表的论文已经被他人引用数十次。目前主持国家自然科学基金《非金属元素掺杂的半导体材料磁性及其机制的研究》。
