个人简介

1997年9月-2001年7月沈阳药科大学，化学制药学士学位 2001年9月-2004年7月沈阳药科大学，药物化学硕士学位 2005年9月-2010年10月英国诺丁汉大学，化学博士学位 2010年12月至今北方民族大学化学与化学工程学院 2013年6月-2015年5月马来西亚大学博士后工作近年本人作为项目主持人和主要参与人，承担多项科研项目，其中包括国家自然科学基金项目3项，教育部留学回国科研启动基金，宁夏自然科学基金项目，宁夏高等学校科学研究项目，国家民委化工技术重点实验室项目。除此以外，本人现保持与海外大学合作的科学研究，作为主要负责人参与马来西亚高等教育研究和马来西亚科学技术部科学基金项目的研究。并于英国、马来西亚及国内著名高校保持密切合作关系。主持的课题： 1.国家自然科学基金（81460538），LPAR3选择性拮抗剂的设计、合成及抗口腔鳞状细胞癌的活性研究。国家级，2015年-2018年，45万。 2.国家自然科学基金（81660588），PRMT1抑制剂的设计、合成及其抗乳腺癌活性的研究。国家级，2017年-2020年，40万。 3.教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金，新型蛋白质精氨酸甲基转移酶抑制剂的研究。省部级，2013年-2015年，3.5万。 4.宁夏自然科学基金（NZ11142），新型蛋白质精氨酸甲基转移酶抑制剂的研究。省部级，2011年-2013年，2.5万。 5.宁夏高等学校科研项目（2011JY004），计算机模拟设计新型蛋白质精氨酸甲基转移酶抑制剂。厅级，2011年-2014年，1.5万。获奖情况获“宁夏回族自治区海外引才百人计划”。

研究领域

本人目前主要从事基于靶点的新药研究工作，集中在以LPAR1、PRMT1、MtDHFR和TGF-β为靶点的抗癌药物、抗纤维化药物、抗结核药物和抗耐药菌药物的研究。利用计算机辅助药物设计的技术进行药物分子的设计，并对设计的小分子进行有机合成研究且对其生物活性进行评价。除此以外，还进行药物的工艺路线优化研究及新型有机合成方法的研究工作。
