个人简介

研究领域

抗肿瘤和治疗内分泌代谢性疾病的药物筛选和新靶点的鉴定 该实验室主要科研重点是有关代谢性疾病和肿瘤相关的药物研发和机制研究。通过建立3T3-L1脂肪细胞分化筛选平台、报告基因核受体筛选平台、肿瘤细胞筛选平台以及体内药效学筛选平台等,从中草药、复方、药食两用植物和天然产物中筛选具有明显减肥、降血糖、降血脂、防治动脉粥样硬化以及恶性肿瘤的前体药物,并对其进行相关靶点的机制研究。以期填补中药在阐明机制方面的不足。通过构建基因敲除、转基因等动物模型,开发新的药物靶点。为中医药防治代谢综合征和肿瘤提供科学理论依据及临床基础。
