个人简介

陈义，男，喜闯荡，疏写作，教无类，安无名。 1981年毕业于厦门大学，1987年获中科院化学所理学硕士并转博，1990年获博士学位并留所工作至今。曾受德国洪堡基金会和马普协会资助，于1992-1994年和1996-1997年在德国马普发育生物所访问研究；且于2002-2004年在美国加州大学伯克利分校高访。从1984年开始毛细管电泳研究，1997年开始表面等离子体共振传感与成像研究，2006年开始质量测定新方法探索研究。对活细胞、活昆虫、活植物等分析问题感兴趣。已发表研究论文200余篇，出书2部，副主编1部，申请专利20余件。 曾获国家杰出青年基金资助及“中国化学会青年化学奖”、香港求实科技基金会“杰出青年学者奖”、中科院“青年科学家奖”等。现为“AnalyticalMethods”AssociateEditor及《分析化学》、《色谱》、《分析仪器》杂志副主编，《中国科学B》、《化学进展》、J.Chromatogr.A、J.Chromatogr.B、SeparationScience等15个杂志执行或顾问编委；兼任中国化学会分析化学学科委员会、色谱专业委员会、有机分析专业委员会副主任，北京色谱协会、全国色谱学会、中国仪器仪表学会分析仪器分会副理事长和IUPAC分析化学专业AssociateMember等。

研究领域

研究方向 微量活体样品分离与成像分析 1.高速高效毛细管与芯片电泳（CE） 2.表面等离子体共振成像(SPRi) 3.生物质谱与应用（bMS）

毛细管电泳是本组主要也是最早展开研究的微量高效高速分析方法，研究内容涉及仪器研制、活细胞测定、蛋白分析、天然草药分析等。新近的研究包括规则分离介质的合成及组装、芯片电泳、超高速分离、基于芯片的化学合成、塑料及玻璃芯片的快速制备等。 主要项目:1)赤霉素测定,2)色谱分离新介质,3)手性分离 表面等离子体共振传感与成像是本组的另一重要研究，目标是发展免标记的高通量生物识别与分析方法，内容包括实验装置及商品样机研制、高密度可寻址识别点阵传感芯片制作、微点定性与定量测定、蛋白/糖/DNA的识别筛查、信号增敏方法等。 主要项目：1)SPR耦合新结构及装置研制，2)高通量免标记识别与筛选分析方法，3)肿瘤标志物分析，4）赤霉素分析，5）联用方案 质谱是本组最晚开始的研究，目的在于寻找进行生物分子无损鉴定的新方法，焦点是发展生物分子质量准确测定的新思路和新方法。目前有GC-MS、LC-MS的研究是发展高效离子源和高可靠校标新技术。 主要项目：1)赤霉素鉴定，2)脑脊液活性成分鉴定，3)质量校标新方法
