个人简介

刘云圻研究员,中国科学院院士,第三世界科学院院士。物理化学家,1949年2月生于江苏省靖江市 1975年毕业于南京大学化学系,1991年在日本东京工业大学获博士学位。长期从事分子材料与器件的研究。总结发展了高性能分子材料的设计思想和提出了性能调控的新方法。证实了扩展π体系是实现高迁移率的重要途径,合成了具有优异光电性能的新型π共轭分子材料。首次提出了液态铜催化剂生长石墨烯的概念,获得了高质量单晶石墨烯;制备了第一个氮掺杂的石墨烯,实现了对石墨烯电学性能的调控;开拓了在介电层上直接生长石墨烯的新方法。揭示了界面对器件性能的影响规律,开发了新的溶液法加工技术,实现了器件的多功能化
