个人简介

1986-1990 南京理工大学 学士 1992-1995 华东理工大学 硕士 1996-1999 华东理工大学 博士 1999-2005 德国马普高分子研究所 博士后 2005-2018 中科院化学所 研究员/博士生导师 2019-至今 清华大学 教授 王朝晖,清华大学化学系教授,博士生导师,有机光电子与分子工程教育部重点实验室副主任。2005年入选中国科学院人才计划,终期评估优秀,2012年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,2014年获中国化学会-巴斯夫公司青年知识创新奖,2017年入选万人计划科技创新领军人才。长期从事新型共轭分子的设计、合成和可控组装以及分子器件的研究工作,在功能导向多尺度、多维度有机功能分子的精准合成和半导体性能研究方面做出了重要贡献。迄今在国际学术刊物上发表SCI收录论文200余篇,并多次被作为研究亮点以及封面文章报道。在国际和国内学术会议上做邀请报告100余次。承担国家重点研发计划纳米科技专项(首席科学家)、国家自然科学基金重点项目、中国科学院先导B项目子课题、科技部国家重大研究计划子课题等。

研究领域

有机功能分子合成 功能性有机共轭分子(缺/富电子共轭体系)高效合成方法:结合过渡金属催化C-C偶联(Ullmann反应,Stille反应,Suzuki反应)反应和C-H键转化反应,发展基于苝酰亚胺,萘酰亚胺的缺电子共轭分子体系以及基于苝和噻吩的富电子共轭分子体系的高效合成方法。 有机功能分子自组装 有机共轭分子自组装结构调控:通过调节不同的自组装方法和自组装条件,得到不同的有机共轭分子组装结构。通过在分子体系骨架上引入功能基团,提高加工性能(溶解性等),利用分子间多重弱相互作用(p-p相互作用,S-S相互作用,氢键等)协同效应调控有机共轭分子自组装结构。制备基于新型有机共轭分子的纳米结构,研究分子尺度对有机材料性能的影响,为分子器件研究提供新的思路。 分子器件 分子器件(有机场效应晶体管、有机太阳能电池):对组内的有机共轭分子实现器件化研究。包括有机场效应晶体管(提高迁移率,空气稳定性,可溶液加工)和有机太阳能电池(新型受体分子,可溶液加工)。探索分子结构、凝聚态结构与光电性能的关系,从结构和能级等问题出发设计迁移率高、稳定性好的有机光电功能分子体系。
