主要采用电化学方法研究印制线路板(PCB)相关的电子化学品。研究方向涉及PCB电化学工程和PCB电化学科学。
PCB电化学工程:(1)PCB表面电子化学品的研发;
(2)金属/陶瓷基板的设计和制成;
(3)全印制电子工艺的材料和工艺设计。
PCB电化学科学:(1)DFT分析电催化的反应历程;
(2)DFT分析有机物与电极之间的构效关系;
(3)电化学反应的微观三维重建和仿真模拟。
