研究领域

从事的学科领域为生物无机化学。研究兴趣包括靶向性金属抗肿瘤药物的设计、抗肿瘤活性及机制研究。近两年,以与肿瘤发生、发展的关键的蛋白分子为靶点,设计了系列的金属配合物作为新颖的抑制剂,并研究了它们的抗肿瘤作用机制。主要研究的靶点包括组蛋白去乙酰化酶(Histone deacetylases, HDACs)和细胞周期素依赖性激酶(Cyclin-dependent kinases, CDKs)等。
