无机固体化学/无机材料化学---新氧化物功能材料合成,结构与物理性质:研究体系包括氧离子导体,混合电子-离子导体,微波介质材料,铁电材料/高介电常数材料等一些与能源,催化和电子信息相关的氧化物材料;通过高温固相反应,低温前驱体法等方法合成材料,利用粉末X-射线衍射和中子衍射,电子衍射等手段研究材料的晶体结构,测量材料的电子导电性质,离子导电性质,介电性质以及其它的物理性质,理解结构与性质之间的关系,从而设计和筛选出高性能的电子功能材料。目前在Nature Materials,Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Chemistry of Materials, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry,Journal of the American Ceramic Society等国际化学与材料类期刊上发表24篇学术论文。具有代表性的工作为间隙氧离子在镓酸盐黄长石氧离子导体中稳定和迁移机理的研究,研究成果发表在2008年自然子刊Nature Materials上。
