个人简介
刘明启(1978.12-),男,博士,副教授。2007年毕业于浙江大学,同年进入中国计量大学生命科学学院工作,主要从事酶工程、食品科学相关的教学和科研。
近年来,主要开展木聚糖酶表达与修饰(定向进化)、新型固定化材料和固定化酶、酶法制备功能性低聚糖(低聚木糖、果胶低聚糖)、新型海洋微生物酶等相关研究,主持多项国家自然科学基金和浙江省自然科学基金,发表相关论文多篇。
