个人简介

2013.9-2018.6,北京师范大学,硕博连读,半导体器件物理、半导体光电子学。 2018.7-至今,就职于中国计量大学,讲师,归属于金尚忠校长所带领的量子传感与测量科研团队。 在研课题 1、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,基于3D堆叠结构的CMOS单光子雪崩光电二极管像素的高信噪比研究,主持。 2、总局科技计划项目,基于SPAD单光子探测的精密测量技术研究,参与; 3、国家重点研发计划,气溶胶、压舱水中隐存高危因子现场多元监测、控制技术研究,参与; 4、之江实验室重大科研项目,感知大科学装置建设及若干关键技术研究,参与; 5、国家自然科学基金面上项目,新结构硅光电倍增器及其工作模式研究,参与; 6、国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于硅光电倍增管正电子发射断层扫描(PET)探测器研究,参与。
