个人简介

在研课题 1.浙江省自然科学基金项目“基于薄膜化纳米住阵列的PIN型杂化光伏器件制备及其特性研究” 2.集成光电子学国家重点联合实验室开放课题项目“硅基纳米柱杂化电池界面特性及集成器件陷光机制研究” 3.浙江省仪器科学与技术重中之重建设学科光电检测方向人才培育计划项目“基于硅基微纳阵列结构的高强度/均匀SERS基底研究” 个人简历 2008年博士毕业于吉林大学电子工程学院,2008年~2010年在清华大学电子工程系作为博士后开展微晶硅及LED相关项目研究,2010年~2013年在中国科学院微电子研究所开展PERC结构高效晶硅太阳能电池的制备,2013年~2014年作为项目研发经理就职于杭州鸿雁电器有限公司,2014年至今就职于中国计量大学。目前主要从事基于微纳结构的光学特性及其在光电器件中相关应用的研究。
