1. 超细粉体的精密分级 以微米级粉体为研究对象,研究和设计适宜的离心力场分级新装置,考察各操作参数对分级效率、分级切割粒径的影响,为分级装备的工业应用提供重要的基础数据。并与粉体制备装置进行有机耦合,为制备粒度均匀的粉体产品,提供重要的装备。 2. 粉体的制备与表面改性 对于粉体制备的机械法,研究粉碎过程动力学及其球形金属粉体过程的塑性片状化(延展性)行为,掌握金属粉体径厚比的动力学规律,金属表面的平整度等表面微观形貌的变化;对于化学法制备粉体,研究制备过程的微观混合、过饱和度、晶体成核与生长等基本规律,为制备粒度大小可控,粒度分布均匀的粉体产品打下基础。 粉体表面改性的主要目的是改善粉体的应用性能,使其满足应用领域所提出的诸如耐腐蚀、分散、相溶、均质等方面的要求。研究内容主要涉及粉体表面的无机、有机改性,以及有机无机复合改性,探讨改性前后粉体多种应用性能的变化规律,寻求最佳的表面改性方法和优化的表面改性工艺。
