王莹莹，女，博士，中国大学（北京）教授，博士研究生导师，人工智能学院硕士研究生导师，中国可持续发展研究会海洋资源开发技术与装备专业委员执行秘书，CNOOC-CUP海洋能源工程技术研究院综合室主任，曾于2012年-2014年在巴西里约热内卢联邦大学水下技术中心进行为期2年的博士后研究，合作导师为巴西工程院院士Segen Farid Estefen教授
