个人简介

个人简介：余光创，男，哲学博士，2005年在华南农业大学获得理学学士学位，2009年在安徽医科大学获得理学硕士学位，2017年在香港大学获得哲学博士学位。2018年9月任南方医科大学基础医学院生物信息学系教授，2019年7月任生物信息学系副主任（主持全面工作）。致力于开发生物信息学工具用于生物学数据的分析和可视化。以第一作者在Molecular Biology and Evolution, Methods in Ecology and Evolution和Bioinformatcs等国际期刊发表多篇研究论文，所发表的论文中有5篇ESI高被引论文。主持课题（包括教学、科研）：序号课题名称项目来源资助金额起止年份 1 南方医科大学第三层次人才引进科研项目南方医科大学 150 2018-2019
