研究领域

研究方向 生物材料的设计与合成 研究对象:基于聚内酯和聚胺基酯的聚酯类和含双硫键的高分子材料的设计和制备 新型逐步聚合体系和可控逐步聚合方法 温敏、酸碱、磁性、光敏等响应型智能生物高分子 线形、接枝、支化、超支化和树枝状等不同拓扑结构的调控 可控自组装研究及生物功能化 水凝胶的可控制备 (杂化)水凝胶制备方法的普适化 (多层、多组分)微纳米凝胶粒子和胶囊 温敏、酸碱、磁性、光敏等响应型凝胶体系 凝胶体系的生物功能化。 药物载体 高分子/药物键合物、组装体及药物释放 (响应型)微乳、微球、微囊、微凝胶靶向载药体系 仿生高分子支架载药体系 组织工程 仿生高分子复合支架及其制备技术 骨、软骨、脊柱、椎间盘等缺损的组织工程修复 心肌、血管、肌腱和视网膜的修复再生研究
