个人简介

孙其君,男,青年研究员,博士生导师,功能柔性电子课题组负责人。2007年获山东大学学士学位,2010年获韩国暻园大学硕士学位。2013年获韩国嘉泉大学博士学位。2013-2015年分别在韩国浦项工业大学(POSTECH)和韩国成均馆大学先进纳米技术研究院(SAINT)从事博士后研究,参与韩国科技部先进柔性电子研究项目和韩国BK21项目。2015-2016年在成均馆大学先进纳米技术研究院任职研究教授。其团队主要研究方向为利用新型纳米材料,通过压电/摩擦电势调控柔性半导体器件和自供能可穿戴传感器件,在其基础上对人机交互、智能传感、人体健康监测和人工智能等领域做拓展应用研究。以第一(或通讯)作者身份发表高水平论文20余篇(影响因子大于10的18篇),申请专利10项,先后完成了低能耗、压电势驱动、可延展多功能电子皮肤(Adv. Mater. 2016, 28, 2601)、机械行为写入式非易失性存储器(ACS Nano, 2016, 10, 11037)、高灵敏湿度传感器(Adv. Mater. 2017, 29, 1702076)和人工神经传感突触(Adv. Funct. Mater. 2019, 1900959)等工作,可实现对压力、应力、温度、湿度等参数的智能监测和传感;基于摩擦起电和静电感应的原理,研制了摩擦电势调制的双栅晶体管和双电层晶体管(Adv. Mater. 2019, 31, 1806905;Adv. Mater. 2018, 30, 1705088),首次提出摩擦电势调制晶体管的品质因数。还完成了变色指示自充电能源包和超稳定输出能量采集器(Adv. Energy Mater. 2018, 8, 1800069;Nano Energy, 2019, 57, 440)等工作。在国际知名杂志(Adv.Mater.,Adv.Energy Mater., Adv.Funct.Mater.,ACS Nano,Nano Energy等) 发表论文40余篇,多次受邀参加重要国际会议并做邀请报告。目前主持国家自然科学基金2项,北京市项目2项,中科院项目1项,参与科技部“纳米科技”重点专项。 获奖及荣誉: 1.2014-2015 韩国BK21奖学金 2.2010-2013 韩国嘉泉大学校长奖学金 3.2008-2010 韩国暻园大学校长奖学金
