研究领域

超导纳米线单光子探测技术 主要开展基于超导纳米线单光子探测(SNSPD: Superconducting Nanowire Single Photon Detection)技术研究,研究内容涉及SNSPD材料、器件、系统集成以及前沿应用探索。 微纳加工工艺和微纳器件 基于国际一流的超导器件工艺平台,我们开展各种(非)超导材料的微纳加工工艺和微纳器件研究。

主要从事超导电子学研究,目前的研究方向包括超导纳米线单光子探测技术、超导结型器件、微纳加工工艺和微纳器件。
