个人简介

教育经历 2000年中国科学院上海生物化学研究所分子生物学博士 1995年复旦大学生物化学系生物化学学士 工作经历 2012年12月-首都师范大学特聘教授 2006年-2012年12月北京生命科学研究所研究员 2005-2006年美国哥伦比亚大学生物系助理研究员 2000-2005年美国哥伦比亚大学生物系博士后 目前实验室正在开展的工作包括: 1.R-loop破坏基因组不稳定性的应对机制 2.转录在肿瘤发生以及肿瘤细胞染色体不稳定性建立过程中的作用 3.染色体脆性表达的分子机理 4.哺乳动物细胞中停顿复制叉的稳定和重新启动的分子机制 5.人基因组DNA复制起始的时、空调控机制 6.RNA加工过程在癌症发生和发展中的作用 欢迎对上述科学问题感兴趣的同学加入本实验室(接受调剂生)。
