教育背景与工作经历 1996:华东师范大学生物系及中国科学院上海植物生理研究所,获博士学位 1990-1993:湖南师范大学生物系,讲师 1996-1997:中国科学院上海植物生理研究所,博士后 1996-1999:日本秋田县立大学附属生物工学研究所,非常勤研究员 1999-2001:加州大学伯克利分校植物和微生物系,博士后 2001-2007:加州大学伯克利分校植物和微生物系,SeniorScientistTypeI,II,III,IV和V 2007.07-:首都师范大学生命科学学院,特聘教授,博士生导师 技术平台和专长 对核心技术的熟练掌握和创立新技术是在前沿领域获得突破性成果的保证。本实验室具有电生理学、光遗传学与分子生物学相结合的研究平台,拥有PLBs、TEVC、PatchClamp、GiantPatchClamp等技术,已成为国、内外10多家著名大学(UCBerkeley、北京大学、兰州大学等)和研究机构(中科院植物所、遗传所、植生所、中国农科院等)的合作中心。 研究进展要点 长期从事植物离子或小分子的转运、调控及信号编码和解码的研究工作、取得了一系列原创性成果。在植物中发现、命名了镁离子转运体(AtMGTs)及生物碱转运体家族,鉴定了(AtDTXs)介导阴离子外排、调控细胞膨压的新功能;命名、重组了RHC1感应高CO2、调控保卫细胞运动的分子途径;在钠、钾离子的转运机理和网络调控方面,合作取得了一系列成果,建立了钾转运信号的传导途径和正/负调控的分子网络,发现了植物shaker-type钾通道的电压、浓度感应和整流转换的基本分子机制等。筛选、确认了细胞感应机械刺激、编码离子信号的新基因家族(DUF221)及其他离子早期信号编码的新分子,分离到与接触性刺激感应、细胞识别、同化物运输有关的多个“候选基因”家族,正在深入分析其生物学功能。在NatureGenetics、NatureComm.、PNAS、CellResearch、PlantCell上发表论文30余篇,近年来主持国家科技重大专项、国家重大研究计划和重大基础研究(973)课题、国家自然科学基金基金重点项目、面上项目、教育部博士点新领域基金及北京市自然科学基金重点项目等10余项,获国家发明专利授权9项。

研究领域

离子的信号感应与传导是细胞或生命体最先接受外界刺激的基本反应,由介导离子信号的通道或受体分子完成,本领域曾在1992,2003,2004年多次授予诺贝尔奖说明了它的重要性。本实验室致力于理解植物细胞感应环境及内部通信的分子机制,研究物质或离子转运信号的传导途径或调节网络。主要有三个方向:逆境或生理反应引起的细胞离子脉冲信号的编码与解码;未知功能膜蛋白家族的筛选和功能解析;细胞有害或有益物质吸收与转运的分子机理。希望将基础的分子机制研究,应用于解决与人类生活及环境改善密切相关的问题。
